Clam Chowder

It’s icy cold, before escaping to the sanctuary of your bed, would you gather on a tray, some clam chowder, the best I’ve tasted my aunt Ellie from Australia made ooh some 18 years ago.

It took me 16years to attempt something resembling the look & flavor. Of course my Love Richard says it’s too fancy for he’s pallet, but the kids are enthralled by the symphony of flavour, texture & this creamy dish has gained much applause as a summer & winter winner. It always welcomes you home.
